Swalex Ltd is a Company representing three sheep farmers based in Cumbria, North West England.  The group has been working together over a period of years pioneering the latest sheep breeding technology with breeds that include Swaledale, North of England Mule, Texel, Beltex and Blue Faced Leicester.

All the farmers are members of the Scrapie Monitoring Scheme which allows their sheep to be exported across the European Union with a recent successful export of sheep to Estonia.   The Swalex group is unique in being able to offer this range of breeding sheep eligible for export.

The Swalex group can offer pedigree and commercial breeding sheep for export, and also sheep semen, embryos and consultancy services.
